US Returns

What is your US Returns Policy?

  • Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our US customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed. Box must be undamaged. All items are inspected on return.
  • Items must have all tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.
  • Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns.
  • Refunds will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
  • We only refund the cost of the item(s) and not shipping.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items, personalised items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

How do I make a US return?

Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our US customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

If you wish to make a return, please contact us quoting your order number and reason for return. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!

Please remember to keep your proof of postage/return receipts.

As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification.

We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.

How long do I have to Return an item?

You are able to return unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

How long does it take to process my Return?

We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us and a further 7 days for the refund to be processed to your account.

If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 21 days since you posted your return then please contact us quoting your order number.

Can I exchange my item(s)?

Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer exchanges for our US customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future!

I've received the wrong item, what shall I do?

Sorry you have received a wrong item!

Please contact our Customer Services quoting your order number and reason for return/exchange using our Contact Form.

All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. In this event, please contact us including the following information:  

  • Your order number
  • Which item is damaged/wrong
  • A description of the problem
  • Supporting photographs

When will I get my refund?

This can depend on how long it takes to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
  • Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 7 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
