UK Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
- We offer free returns for U.K mainland customers.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused and unwashed. Tins must be undamaged. All items are inspected on return.
- Items must have all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will automatically be applied to the original payment method.
- We only refund the cost of the item(s) and not delivery.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items, personalised items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- WeĀ cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.
How do I make a Return?
Please contact us quoting your order number and reason for return. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time!
Once your return is accepted, you'll be sent an email with instructions and your returns label that you'll need to attach to your parcel.
Please remember to keep your proof of postage.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification.
We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
How long do I have to Return an item?
You are able to return unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

How long does it take to process my Return?
We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.
If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 21 days since you posted your return then please contact us quoting your order number.

If you wish to return yourĀ item(s)Ā but have lost your delivery note quoting your order number, please check for your order confirmation on your account or your emails. Hereās how:
- First, log into your accountĀ here
- Check your order history and select the order you want to return
- Got it? Now print the order details quoting the order number
- Place this inside your parcel
Can I exchange my item(s)?
We only offer exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to make an exchange, pleaseĀ contact usĀ quoting your order number and reason for exchange.

How much does it cost to make a Return?
If you wish to return your items, we offer FREE returns for U.K customers.
When will I get my refund?
This can depend on how long it takes to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 7 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
